Description
We start from the social problem of the lack of opportunities for young people in rural areas as a factor inhibiting personal, social, economic and cultural development. This entails a set of consequences and challenges that need, urgently need to be overcome, such as, for example, the depopulation of regions interiors population aging ; the low active population rate; the precariousness or even non-existence of digital infrastructures and access to primary services. In addition to the brake imposed on young people and the development of their potential and talent, All these factors make the economic development of these territories impossible, weakening the business community, the supply of jobs and increasing gradually the risk of seeing the rural way of life and its potential, including from the point of view of the urgent ecological transition.

Participant profile
Profile: a) Ages between 18 and 30 years old; b) Demonstrates genuine motivation for volunteering; c) Commitment to European values; d) Team spirit; e) Communication skills; f) Dynamic, proactive and responsible personality; g) No previous experience in volunteering promoted by CES; h) Preferably with Fewer Opportunities (geographic, cultural, economic, etc.).
